Unit 5301 spans the entire floor with 5 Bedrooms and 6.5 Bathrooms. Karen Elmir with the Elmir Group, a Cevera Group Brokerage Firm represented the buyer and Harvey Daniels with One Sotheby’s International Realty represented the developer.
