A Palm Beach Condominium at 2 N. Breakers Row has sold for $7.675 Million, according to a Deed recorded last week. A 3-bedroom Condominium at 2 N. Breakers Row has sold for a recorded $7.675 million — almost $1 million more than when it last changed hands in late 2017.
The Condo, Unit S-41, was sold by a limited liability company managed by a master Trust in the name of the late textile executive Martin Trust. He died in September at 84 at his home in Brookline, Massachusetts.
When his company bought the Condo for $6.75 million in December 2017, Trust and his wife, Diane “Dena” Trust, already owned a condo in the same building. She still has that oceanfront apartment homesteaded in the latest Palm Beach County tax rolls, courthouse records show.
The Trusts made national headlines in 2013 when they sold their Oceanfront mansion on North County Road to shock-jock Howard Stern and his wife, Beth Ostrosky, for $52 million.
Publishing executive Kelso F. Sutton and his wife, Joanna, bought Unit S-41 and a poolside cabana, according to the deed recorded last week. The purchase price works out to about $2,367 per square foot. The apartment has 3,243 square feet, property records show.
The fourth-floor Condo is in the South Building of the five-story, two-building development. The main rooms overlook The Breakers’ Golf Course, while the Master bedroom, with a Balcony, has a view of the Ocean.
